So, today is the start of a new semester, and I am enrolled in Applied Anatomy. I have this idea/goal/dream of getting a 2nd Bachelor's in Exercise Science from the university I work at (hey, free tuition!). I got the syllabus today and I must say, this isn't going to be an easy course - no, not at all! My only real concern is that I will be traveling out of the country in October, and will miss 2 weeks of class (ulp!) It's for that once-in-a-lifetime dream vacation to New Zealand that I've been saving money for 3 years to go on - it's paid for, YAY!!! Anyway, I've contacted the instructor & she said I can make up the quizzes I will likely be missing, so that's good. I'll also be missing the field trip to the cadaver lab, which is either good or bad, haven't decided yet. Yeah, part of me thinks I should drop this course, but it's only offered in the fall, and I've already got the book, etc. It DOES look pretty rigorous, but at the same time pretty exciting & interesting. Wish me luck!!!
