It's 5:30pm and I need to pay attention to the thoughts running through my mind at this time of day every day. Mr Coco is about to come home. I've already started to think about what we will have for supper. I've already had more than 1200 calories today, and most of it is in the snack category, which is unbalanced. I'm thinking about how easy it would be to jump in the car and grab some Chinese food. That is such a bad idea. So much sodium and rice. I need to banish that thought now. Even eggs and bacon would be better. Or just a cup of yogurt and call it a day. I don't want to go to bed feeling overstuffed and bloated. No no no.
