I snoop on your diary , sorry.. I think the pizza and the sandwich gives it away :P .. I'm also crazy about carbs, I could go vegetarian without any trouble but take away bread with me and it becomes a huge tragedy :) If you find some advice to deal with bread craving please drop me a line, I'm still trying to figure it out, I tried to switch to rice and even couliflower pastry kind of and it just doesn't do it :/

After a few days on LCHF the carb cravings disappear. It's like a detox. But you've got to go cold turkey.

Are you still trying to do low carb? I also peeked at your food diary, and the carbs are pretty high. a 12 oz. can of Dr. Pepper has 17 teaspoons of sugar. If you're trying to kick diabetes, that's not going to do it. Erika is right about the carvings and LCHF.
