I haven't been exercising at all like I'd like to. We've been busy getting things ready for the holidays and one of my kids' birthday. On top of that I haven't been sleeping well at all. My joint doctor gave me a med to try but day two and I still haven't slept much and I think it's making me nauseated. I don't know what's going on but I go to my regular doctor in a couple of weeks and I hope she can help me or I hope I'm better by then. I do enjoy my workouts and they make me feel good, but I just can't find the energy to do them and with the med making me nauseated that is the last thing I want to do. I guess I just have to keep going and try to do what I can for now. Hopefully, I'll have a more positive journal someday, it seems like I've been so whiny lately. Sigh...
