Yesterday was an easier paced day so today I have to remember to do at least a thirty minute cardio workout, and I'll see what Yoga Today has. One day I'll make it thorugh an entire yoga workout. Usually I only make half an hour if there's a lot of strength work to it.
Weight on the downswing. Yay!
