I just figured up the calorie count of what I use to eat on an average day. A whopping 5000 calories a day and that was not all I usually ate. It is amazing how much I use to eat and not see how it was hurting me. No wonder I was staying as large as I am. Now that I am eating 1400 calories a day on average my weight is going to just fall off. Just keeping track of the calorie intake is going to keep me on track. Very scary that I never had a heartattack before this with all the sodium I was taking in. Kudos that I am finally seeing where I have been and how far I have to go to get where I want to be. Nothing is going to stop me from getting to my goal. I can't wait to take the picture of me at my half way point and post it. :)
