I've been trying to eat less calories as my diet and I'm not sure if it's working or not. I've been losing weight but it might all be water weight and not actual fat. I unfortunately have not been exercising at all and I probably should. Still, I'm currently at 146, a number I haven't seen in several months. I don't want to ever see 150 on the scale again.
