I got a personal trainer to help me with weight lifting and core strengthening since I am so out of shape with bad knees, back, foot. What a mess! Anyway, I am excited to start tomorrow. The guy is an MMA fighter! haha This should be interesting.

For the first time I messed around with my dinner and snack to try to get my macronutrients at the correct %. carb 10 - fat 60 - protein 30. That was interesting. Still have a lot to learn, but gotta start somewhere.

I have stayed off the scale b/c I gain/lose 5 lbs of water weight constantly - it's infuriating and I am not going to torture myself. I know I am eating about 1500 calories and staying true except for the occasional potato chip (which may or may not be the problem).
