Sorry for everyone who's had bad weather with the tropical storm/hurricane along the East coast, I hope all are safe. Thankfully it's been to the East of where I'm at and this holiday weekend has been beautiful, with a nice drop in temps before we go back up to the 90's this coming week. Maybe for the last time this year, we'll see.
We saw "Hairspray" Saturday night, saw it once before in the same theater but this time was even better...it's such a great show and the music is fantastic. I'm not going to try and log my food in for dinner that night, I enjoyed myself but stuck to protein and fats, no carby stuff. The scale has held steady so that is the measure of success, PLUS I didn't slop any food on my new shirt and pants!
Going to do something on the grill today, I think maybe a roasting chicken, and enjoy the day. Happy Labor day to all who are celebrating and taking advantage of it.
