2 good things I've done today
*some exercise this morning, ball crunches, jumping jacks, stretching with resistance ropes.
*activia for breakfast, salad for lunch

2 bad things I did today
*Regular mountain dew. :(
*half a donut


I start a work class tomorrow, so hopefully my eating will be more regular and on track. It's when I sit at home and get bored and eat. I'm hoping to get back on my food schedule Breakfast - 8:00, snack - 1030, lunch - 1:30, dinner - 5, nighttime small bowl of cereal - 8. Yeah. I eat alot. lol At least its mostly healthy.


Wrote on my dry erase board on the fridge, "BORED? OR HUNGRY?" Its actually helpful. Cause usually when I go in there the answer is bored, and I get pissed off, so I just stay out of the kitchen. lol Found some really cute black slacks in a juniors 15 for $9, thats some pretty good motivation to stay on track right there because they fit PERFECT right now.

Don't get so discouraged! At least doughnuts aren't that bad lol, I'm bad sometimes too peanut butter is my major downfall. ;) I love the fridge idea btw lol!

Right now my downfall is these damn triscuit quattro formaggio thin crisps with my tuna salad. I'm gonna need another box like TOMORROW. lol
