I start a work class tomorrow, so hopefully my eating will be more regular and on track. It's when I sit at home and get bored and eat. I'm hoping to get back on my food schedule Breakfast - 8:00, snack - 1030, lunch - 1:30, dinner - 5, nighttime small bowl of cereal - 8. Yeah. I eat alot. lol At least its mostly healthy.
Wrote on my dry erase board on the fridge, "BORED? OR HUNGRY?" Its actually helpful. Cause usually when I go in there the answer is bored, and I get pissed off, so I just stay out of the kitchen. lol Found some really cute black slacks in a juniors 15 for $9, thats some pretty good motivation to stay on track right there because they fit PERFECT right now.
