Happy that weight is going in the right direction. Slept at 2:30am due to meetings in the US that I had to be on. Woke up tired because this trend of sleeping late has been repeating itself over the last week a bit too many times. I need to get a balance otherwise I will fall off the wagon or I will not be able to function at a 100%.
