So far so good. Apparently I'm eating a late lunch early dinner since its 230 now, I'll just wait a little longer. I had an activia with almonds and blueberries for breakfast, and then a fiber one bar for snack around 1045. Chef salad for dinner! No walking today, unless I get super bundled up! But I'll be sure to do my situps and push ups on the ball tonight!
