Happy Friday everyone! Well, I finally did it! Under 300 for the first time in 8+ years. I'm very excited!! On to the next goal.
I decided to do 4:3 on non-workout days and also hold off on the 16:8. I think it was being too aggressive. 52Cowboy warned me against it but I typically go overboard on stuff. Yesterday I didn't get enough calories in before 5 and then I ended up eating chips and a bunch of other crap. I was able to stop a full fledge pig-out but geesh I knew I was in trouble.
It's not like 16:8 is going anywhere or I am trying to break a world record for weight loss. My biggest goal was to be under 300 for November 8 and I am doing that. Now I will just try to keep steady weight loss!

As I lose weight I think of the last time I weighed the amount that I am at on the scale. I am traveling back through some pretty old history now. It is encouraging. You have done a wonderful job!
