It's IF day! Learning how to stretch 500 calories is like learning to stretch a paycheck! LOL I had realized that egg whites only have 17 calories and are just as filling.

I must have missed what exactly you are doing but when I do the 5:2 I like to IF all day and then have my calories all at once (minus the 100 for my coffee)....Hard for me to eat a little here, a little there. It seems once my taste buds are "awakened", away I gooooo! lol
