Started my a weight training class yesterday and I am certainly feeling it in my legs today! I still made myself get back to the gym today to get in some cardio and arms.

My day has mostly been filled with errands, but I was able to resist the urge to grab a quick (and less than ideal!) lunch and held out until I could get home and eat.
