So tomorrow is the next weigh in and I am worried I have put on weight. I have eaten a few bad things this week (but still nothing like I used to) and I just feel that I have put on weight. I think I am eating too many carbs still. Although a lot the carbs I am eating are from fruit they are still carbs... Also doesn;t help going out to friends/family for eating Starting to think Rice is not good either... I always feel negetive when it comes just before the weigh in so I guess only tomorrow will tell. It is much easier sticking to eating well when at work.
