Tomorrow I am going to eat something about 1 5 hours before my workout bc I didnt the last two times and I got a little sick to my stomach and ran out of steam.So the plsn is an energy drink with BCAA, 2 egg whites, maybe 1/4 an apple with a dap of almond butter. I tried to read about what to eat and those were some suggestions. I wont eat oatmeal or bananas bc of the carbs.
