We bought some land in the Poconos.. Would be great to put some chickens there, but we were fools for buying it. The Homeowners association out there is sooo corrupt, we'll probably never be able to do anything with it except hold onto it and pay them. But it would be a great spot for some chickens.. maybe some bee hives.. maybe some veggies... well, except for the bears.... but none of that stuff is allowed there either...
