I have been off the chart for a while but I am back and starting a renewed effort to regain control of my bad eating habits before I out grow my jeans! I know I can't continue to eat the carbs as I have been doing for the last few weeks. It is easier for me to eat no bread than to trust myself and say I will eat just a little.
