I don't have the space, nor the equipment, to workout at home. However, while taking care of some business, at the university I graduated from, I made a discovery. They have a workout room, complete with treadmills, weights, and other equipment, in the Student Union building, which is also, as an Alumni, a perk that I can make use of, at no charge. I can also go over to the Athletics building and use that as a place to walk on a regular basis. I know I won't be trying to walk outside, in the cold weather, but the school is close enough for me to go to on a regular basis, and get in some regular workouts. So, ain't nothin' to it, but to do it! Hopefully that will help me to accellerate my weightloss. Hoo yaaa!
