Terrible weekend! My first true derailment. I completely gave in because I was frustrated with the scale and tricked myself into thinking my body needed the change, I was hungry and there were so many goodies (all made at home at least)! I didn't track, I ate what I wanted for the last 3 days and it's done. But I am not! Restocked with healthy foods and planning a fast later this week.

We also made our holiday grocery lists. As much as I want to hit 230 by the end of the year, with the rate I've been losing and all the food coming up, I will be happy to finish the year lower than I started at 254.3 or less. So close but tomorrow we'll check the damage.
