I feel incredibly drained today! I don't know why; I don't feel sick. I just have zero energy! It actually started a couple days ago - I had to tone down my workout Tuesday night. Then last night and this morning, I kept my walking speed at 3.5 mph the whole time because I just didn't have what it took to push myself. This is very discouraging - and I feel less strong in the willpower arena when I'm this exhausted. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
