me 3 week vacation kicked my tail... i was up 10 pounds now after being home 2 months and not going off the plan one time... it has started down again... i am nearly at goal and the last ones are really the hardest.... but/// ......I WILL KEEP KEEPIN' ON... and it will slowly go back down...

WE can do this. One meal, one day at a time. Hand is much better, playing with macros, and an 'interesting' day at work tomorrow.
