Yesterday I didn't do any aerobic exercises Jan 6. Just took a walk in the park with hubby. This was my reward for reaching my 243 lb goal on Jan 5. I had set that goal for Jan 15, so I'm really pleased with my progress.
I usually exercise every day since I retired last June. I had a pretty physical job so my body craves movement. Otherwise it aches.
I set another -3 lb goal to reach in two weeks. It will be nice to finally be under 240.
