Hi everyone,
I haven't been on here encouraging others as much as I should. I guess sometimes we take and sometimes we give. I have needed the encouragement and I appreciate everyone giving me support.

Sarah1950 noted that "It's a long journey". It sure is! Sometimes it feels like an expedition that isn't ending any time soon. It can be so tiring sometimes. But when I think about it, I sure didn't wreck my body in 1 year. It took a good 25 years to come to this point.

I think all of us are brave for putting ourselves "out there" on this website. We all have daily obstacles and situations that make it hard to lose weight, exercise more, stay consistent, and be open and honest about ourselves and our progress. I think we all should give ourselves a pat on the back for at least trying to change, be active, and supportive to each other.
