I've got three good days in a row and four out of the last five, so I'm starting to feel I'm in control of myself again. Sunday is going to be a cheat day, so the test will be to see if I can get back on track after taking a day off. The next two weeks are really a minefield -- Christmas, family affairs, social gatherings... I was thinking of just calling it quits until the new year, but after seeing my weight climb so rapidly, I'm going to try to work my way around the days I know are going to be off plan, and hopefully keep from gaining any more.
