The cooler weather has made me more achey after my walks and I am definitely drinking less water, BUT I am aware of this and will up my water intake and keep on walking and working out. The benefits outweigh the discomfort. I hope everyone has a good week, we've all got a lot on our minds and a lot going on in our lives...So GLAD TO HAVE YOU A PART OF MINE!
