Almost sad really that November is coming to an end. It's been a bit of a revelation. Me losing weight is a simple as me not drinking. I've not done any calorie counting (just generally sensible choices) and I'm dropping.
Lesson learnnnnnt. I will cut down. There's no real need for me to not.
