Well I have something tp be especially thankful today. I received a voice mail message on the phone from yesterday from a friend who works at the VA informing me that my application for benefits have been approved. Anyone who has military service knows this process can take up to a year. I was approved a couple of weeks ago actually so now I can drop my commercial Obummer coverage which was costing me about 25% of my pension to maintain. I was thinking of going back to work because the benefits forced on me by this wonderful Obama care plan was so expensive and increasing more and more by the month. I thought I was really doing well retiring at such an early age while I could still do everything and was in pretty good health but then the cost of the benefits was threatening to put an end to that dream. At the time when I was in the army, I saw all my friends buying houses and making all this big money, while I was being shuffled all over the world but those sacrifices I guess came back around to pay some dividends. Thank you Uncle Sam.
