Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!

Yesterday was an extremely tough day! I wanted / craved something all day but didn't really know what I wanted and wasn't really hungry. Instead of getting on FS when I was home, I would walk to the kitchen and open the fridge and look in ... Felt like the old me. Probably because my eating was different on Christmas. Thank God I did not have potato chips in the house! I also wished I were having spaghetti or pizza for dinner but didn't.... I don't feel like my resolve is gone but my thoughts are running amuck. I need to turn my thoughts into focusing on a plan for a slimmer, healthier me. Do I need to modify my eating program, follow a specific plan to the "t" or continue to eat as I have been since September? Between family/friend visits I will try to focus on me instead of food...but there is so much around and setting out everywhere we go! I know it is not all about the food but it sure seems like it. Refocus, refocus!

You can resist all these temptations. You are doing amazing with your eating plan and I believe the only reason the focus has been shifted is because of the abundance of the food. My only advice is to think hard when it comes to these foods and ask yourself if it is really worth it? The answer will probably be no. You are a strong, determined, and inspirational woman who will and can get through this holiday season unscathed. I'm here for ya.. I promise to do my best to cheer you on!

Tough days indeed!! I think you did a great job resisting. Only a few more holi-days left and then the temptations disappear...hold on.....

This time of the year is tough but you already have the right mindset. Keep strong. You are almost there. Keep focused on the slimmer you =)
