I haven't been on here in over a month. I completely tossed out the idea of eating healthy and exercise and now I'm paying for it. I haven't felt well and have a stomach issue that's been dragging me down for the past month, so I had a bad attitude and said "I'm going to just eat what I want if I don't feel good anyway." Not the right thing to tell myself. I'm up about 5 pounds, so now I need to get back to it. We still have a family Christmas this weekend, but I vow to start doing better. It's so hard with all of the junk around, but should be easier with the start of the year. I'm trying to get my hubby to start weighing in with me every week or so, but he just won't. He wants to try to lose weight, but he doesn't want to eat well or exercise, he just wants it to happen. Oh well, I can help myself and eventually he'll come around. I have to start eating better and exercising for my health, I have to do this.
