Wow, getting back to this is harder than I thought. Yesterday I did my workout in the a.m. and felt great. Today I didn't do my workout because I shut the alarm off and fell back to sleep and before I knew it, it was time for me to be getting ready and out the door for work. Then, I've been having a horrible time with chocolate. I'm craving it like crazy and have been giving in to my temptation to eat it all day. AHHHHHHH!!!! Starting today we have about 14 family members coming to our house to spend the weekend, so I doubt I'll get a whole lot of exercise in, but maybe I won't eat as much with people around. I have to get going with this. I'm almost back at my start weight and I was doing so well before the holidays. The only person who can make the change is me, so I'm going to kick myself in the butt and get started!
