Three weeks 7 pounds, long way to go but slow but sure getting there. Big box of christmas cookies here at work today but so far so good about ignoring them. Eating celery and drinking Ice water. More we get closer to holiday the more food that will pour into here and I just have to keep my eye on the prize which is a slim healthy me
