Yesterday we had visitors and then went to the Nutcracker play in Morton, my granddaughter was in it. We then went to a local Mexican restaurant and I had a ranchero enchilada, rice, beans, but with ala crema sauce.
I wondered what the salt content was, so I ate only half the ranchero, and a few bite of rice or beans.
I was a bit amazed. Here I was truggling for complete control, and maybe a low sodium cookbook would be handy.
I did wear the compression socks as the play was almost two hours sitting upright.
