Home from shopping at 7:30pm getting "real" food for my sons this weekend ~laughs~ it was 9pm when I finished cooking my meal ~ 1/2 Ham Steak, 1/2 small Acorn Squash, 1/2 yellow squash. With 1/2 small zucchini, 1/4 onion, 1 green pepper and 3 (cut up) baby bella mushrooms in beef broth. Well, that was too much food for a late night meal, so packed it up for lunch tomorrow, and cooked up a bit more beef broth and added a few of the leftovers into it and had a lite soup.
Now time to work out and get to bed.
