I could list a lot of excuses as to why I fell off the wagon, so to speak, the past few months. I have not been diligent at all about recording my calories. I have tried to make healthy choices, however, I know my diet meticulousness suffered. I have been tracking my weight (though not as regularly as I should have); I haven't gained, but I also haven't lost. I have been meaning to get back on track regarding recording my diet and exercise (as well as eating better and exercising more). I figured, what better time than now, the new year? So here I am.
