I wish I wasn't so dependant on the scale! This morning when I woke up, I felt better and even thinner. My stomach muscles were engaged, everything was good, and then I stepped on the scale. Well it hadn't budged, which is kind of a bummer. So for the rest of the day, I'm trying to focus on that good feeling, the one where I felt fitter and better - and even a little thinner:) The scale will move when it moves; just keep doing what I'm doing and find other things besides the scale to measure my progress.
