Back to work this morning. Eating a breakfast bowl. I worked out yesterday and I feel good about it! I hope I have time today but I have things to do after work so we will see. May try to get a quick 15 minute dance cardio in. I entered the lose 2lbs challenge starting tomorrow, fingers crossed. I am determined to lose, get toned and feel better this year! Thank you Lord!
