Day 9 and I'm doing well. Ate a huge salad tonight with a lemon, EVOO, S&P with a little water. Shake to emulsify and it is so good on a crisp salad. Switched to decaf coffee for my BPC. We have a diabetic program that has a fully equipped workout room and they always have the music going. I stopped in to see what's new and I'm thinking about going there a couple times a week. We are fortunate. It is free!
