i am glad to be out of the hospital. Sadly I gained some weight while in there but I am better now. I still have a few health issues with my throat but starting back on my diet tomorrow. Im still determined to lose those last 90 lbs. but since i started at needing to lose 120 I think Im doing pretty good.
