I feel the same :( just want to eat anything... bt just hold on tight it. The cravings will pass sooner that you think. Just don't give up!

I thought I was the only one going through such a tough sugar craving fight Thank God I have people like you that are so supportive we in this together few more months to hit the goal 8% body fat how is it going your side :-D ?

Im sure we are not the only ones... I must say spoke BBO on FS and he suggested 5:2 fasting and must say the craving are starting to fade away and the scale moving down again. Let me know how things Go. WOW on the low body fat... one day I hope ill be down to m goal weight

Well done if you can do IF (intermittent fasting) it works I do it but not as strictly as some of the others and it has really help me too

Good suggestion I want to try it out when I reach a plateau, one thing I told myself to do this year is not to use all my weapons at once, my plan is to be in a deficit till I get to 2000 if I cant lose beyond that I add cardio if I cant lose beyond that I do Intermittent fasting will see how it goes what do you guys think?

Intermittent Fasting is one weapon and then 5:2 is another weapon :) Combine them and you have a super weapon!!! lol

Now that's what I am talking about great spirit right there I feel like i am loosing weight to quick though since beginning of January 2.5kgs lost

The initial weight loss is mostly water, waste from food, etc. and not actual fat loss so don't stress about it being too rapid :) I sometimes lose like 3kg to 4kg in a day after taking a break and getting back on track. lol. Keep going and enjoy the ride!
