I'm trying to drink 64 oz. of water every day to see if it has any impact on my weight loss. I'm on my 2nd day and doing ok. Lots of trips to the restroom. I am expecting to go back to work tomorrow after a week and a half off for snow. It's going to be harder to remember to drink. I'm trying different flavorings as well as decaf tea and lemon. Drinking this much liquid is hard work!
