I decided i want to try and calorie count (and not point count for a couple of days) more to see exactly(ish) how many calries im consuming and also because my mum bought me these fancy schmancy scales which tell you how many calories and lots of other nutritional info food has in them tis tres cool.

im not sure how many calories i should be eating so im kinda guessing
so far for breakfast ive had 3 slices of bread with boursin light = 225kcal

Good luck! I think 1500-1600 is a good general range for women. You can check your BMR at various websites, like Discovery Health's website and stuff. That will tell you about how many calories you burn a day doing absolutely nothing, and give you a good starting point.
