My day today was actually not half bad. Got a lot of house work done, and managed to eat fairly healthy. My only problem is whenever I eat raw vegetables for example today I had cucumbers and raw orange bell peppers. My stomach felt odd, not really hurting, cramping, or anything like that maybe bloated or gassy? Also, I kelp acid reflex a few hours after eating them also got diarrhea from them. This same thing happen last week when I ate this. I will test it out tomorrow and eat only one of them and see which is giving me the problem. Hopefully its the cucumber as I adore bell peppers. My sugar levels were good yet again today. My tests results are as follows:

Morning 96
Evening 91
Night 98

I'm very happy that I have managed to keep my sugar levels (that's what I call it) in check. I've been trying really hard but old habits don't fix themselves overnight. I've been trying to slowly introduce new eating habits into my life, and also learning to make an acceptable diet plan that I can live with the rest of my life. I hope everyone has/had a blessed day!

Things I'm thankful for

1) God
2) Family and Friends
3) Bell Peppers (lol)
4) My adorable dog Sugar
