I had a tough week last week, and it wasn't a good thing for my diet plan:(
I don't know why my will power wont! I have been giving in way too quickly to cravings. Today is the start of another attempt to get everything under control. I tried to log in to Atkins.com, but my dashboard wouldn't come up. I have pretty much given up on that web site. It used to be easy and fun to navigate around, now I cant even get to my dashboard. Oh well, I have Fat Secret and it is a great site.

I had my first major major failure of diet over Christmas and am having a heck of a time restarting completely. I am not cheating with food this time but with whiskey. Youngest son has been in hospital since Dec 7 and keeps getting sick with things caused by being in the hospital on top of why he went in, in the first place. I normally do not drink whiskey but it appears to be a pattern, the last time I resorted to shots was when my then husband spent two weeks in hospital dying of peritonitis while the doctors and nurses only seemed to make it worse. The silver lining...whiskey has no carbs and if I hold the line on the number per day I can scrape by my allowable calories per day. It is unlikely I will lose any weight doing this but if I can maintain till he gets out of hospital and the stress, tension and fear subside then I can start again properly. I am not sweating weight loss at this moment...it is the last important thing on my mind but I do NOT want to gain. I have managed to lose 1/2 of Christmas gain so I am not totally bummed out by girth. Good Luck

Is Fat Secret linked in any way to Conduit. It is a bug that I have spent years trying to keep off my computer and it has crept back. I went to save this note to my Atkins records on computer and conduit popped up?

I don't have a clue about conduit. Sorry to hear your son is sick. That is pretty worry some.
