Broke my fast today with Breakfast at 6am. Had a High Fat, High Fibre breakfast as I am working today (All Bran, Cashew nuts to jazz it up and Double Cream). Because of the early breakfast and late supper on Monday, yesterday's fast was only 32 hours. Fasting still feels great. I bought myself some Centrum Advance Multivitamins yesterday. Take one of them on a fasting day and an Apple Cider Vinegar pill on the eating days.

Just love AllBran. I sprinkle on Chilean Flame Raisins. .Great fast...but I couldn't manage that at the moment. Have a good day. It's foggy and frosty here 🌀💦

Got finished at 2.30pm. Great. It was a lovely, mild, sunny day. Nice to be out in the country on a day like that. Got a pleasant surprise today. As a standby/relief/on-call driver I don't get holidays. However, today's pay slip included all my holiday pay for last year. I get my holiday pay pro rata, going on the hours I worked. Gave me double money this month. Very well chuffed.
