So yesterday I somehow managed to have a piece of chocolate cake (people are ALWAYS bringing food to the University!), AND stay in my calorie range, how'd I manage to do that? Not sure what today will be like, as the grandkids will be spending the next week with us, oh boy. Never good for dieting. And I was a lazy butt and stayed home watching a movie I've wanted to see for months instead of going to the gym. That's two nights in a row of me blowing off the gym. Tonight I MUST GO, if only for my sanity!
