So I did the math. I'm losing .44 lbs on average everyday. But not really cause mostly it's a few ounces for a few days then my weight will go up for a few days then drop a few pounds after. But if I average it it's almost half a pound each day.

I'm doing keto some days it's zero carbs. I water fast everyday till 6pm then I have an hour to eat serious grub and a fatty drink. Than my fast starts again until the next day at 6pm.

Today is 18 I've lost 8 lbs.

Thanks draggier. No Mikis well it used to be when I first started. But I've been fasting for two years on and off so it's not a problem.
