Good morning Buddies! My supper was a little light last night so I got up this morning and made my self 2 fried eggs and sausage. I thought yesterday went well after I was finished paying the bills and fighting with the computer. This morning I ran a scan to see if I might possibly have a virus, but nothing showed up. The computer is running smoothly and I am happy. I think some of my problem yesterday was the neighbors using my wifi. I tell you, they live on their phones and social media. I don't say anything to them because other than that they are perfect neighbors and I love them dearly. They don't live here, they just have a cabin next door to us and come for the week ever so often.
I know that wasn't even diet related and I apologize. I am going to hang close to my 20 carbs and have as good of a day as yesterday. I am not committing to Superbowl Sunday yet. I am going to make some low carb friendly snacks to get me through it.
