weLL. AT work they started a "biggest Loser" competition and I weighed myself on an electric scale and found that all of my other weigh ins were wrong:( But I started over, and now I am hoping to reach my goal faster than ever with my employees at work cheering me on!! My first step is to drink more water. I noticed that this past Year I got into a bad habit of drinking way more soda than I should:( so for two weeks I am going to drink only water and milk and non sugary filled beverages and see if that makes a difference! I am also creating a challenge for myself that hopefully others will want to partake in. It will be a new excersise regime that is simple and old fashioned but may help me to get into a groove of excersising more. we shall see everyone! I don't know if anyone reads this really, but I am hoping that if you do, you will feel motivated as well! My goal is to lose at least twenty pounds by my wedding and seeing as that is ten months away, i think I have a good chance of obtaining that goal!!! wish me luck everyone!!!
